This lever is laser cut so the hole edges are hardened by default for longer life. Clear coated to resist corrosion. The .250" pin has the retaining clip slot installed and then is pressed into the lever and retained with TIG tacks on the back side. When installed on the transmission, the rod connection pin will be located at the 7:30 clock position.
