This kickdown rod was copied from an original rod and is exact in shape. It is made with 304 stainless steel tube and will not rust. The ends are formed just like the OEM and the permanently installed bushings are installed just like the OEM did them.

We include 2 “E” clips to retain the rod at each end. Be sure that you have the kickdown rod return spring installed on your carburetor. If it is a Holley carb, I have them available in Miscellaneous section.

Edelbrock carbs require their kit # 1483 to enable hookup to their carbs.

All setups with an Edelbrock carb will require a custom rod be built due to their kickdown design. Please tell us if you have one installed.
