This sale is for a NEW SET  of Ford "toploader" transmission shift rods that fit the 70, 71, 72 or 73 FORD MUSTANG (ALL ENGINES EXCEPT 428CJ AND Boss 429), 70 Boss 302 and the 70-73 Cougar XR7 Eliminator TOPLOADER 4 speed manual transmission.  

This purchase is for the complete set of 3 rods and include the 1st-to-2nd rod, (DOZA-7328-C) the 3rd-to-4th rod (DOZA-7326-E)and the reverse rod. (DOZA-7B112-C). The rods, pin ends and adjusting tab ends are all made from cold rolled steel (1018 tool steel). All bends are done COLD to preserve the material quality and strength.

I have gone to every possible degree to assure that these rods are accurate in every detail when compared to the OEM....They were repro'd using original rods as examples.

NOTE: I also have for sale the transmission shift tabs with bushings installed (or the individual, snap-in polyurethane bushings) that go with these shift rods. They can be purchased separately through this website.

Additional NOTE: Rods are no longer engraved with the engineering number. It became prohibitively expensive to get it done. Sorry.
