This kickdown rod is an exact reproduction of the OEM's rod. The rod itself is made of high quality stainless steel so it will never rust out.

The bushings are permanently installed just like the OEM did them.

NOTE: YOUR CARBURETOR MUST HAVE A KICKDOWN LEVER INSTALLED IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS KICKDOWN ROD.

EDELBROCK CARBS REQUIRE THEIR PART # 1483, FORD KICKDOWN ROD ADAPTER.

All setups with an Edelbrock carb will require a custom rod be built due to their kickdown design. Please tell us if you have one installed.
